BADALONA MAJOR FESTIVAL

Position: Executive Production + General Stage Management

Comprehensive management, production, and coordination of 12 events during the Badalona “Fiesta Mayor”. Pre-production and executive production. Detailed planning and execution of events, sourcing and hiring of suppliers. Monitoring, control, and general supervision and logistics of technical and infrastructure suppliers, including sound, lights, rigging, layer 14M, electricity, and management of the backstage area (dressing rooms, restrooms, etc.). Selection and coordination of external services such as setup crews, security, access controllers, and cleaning staff. Coordination of the perimeter closure of concert and other event areas. Preparation of schedules and rundowns. Contract oversight. Budget control. Production monitoring. Hospitality management: Catering to artists and their specific needs (riders). Direct contact with the client. Communication management and coordination with local authorities.

Position: Operations Director

Pre-production, production and closing of the event, planning tasks and ensuring their execution, financial management of the project, budget control, monitoring of production, execution, installation and administrative-financial closure of the festival. Logistics, search, management and negotiation of suppliers, human resources, hiring operational personnel and artists, supervision of areas and/or equipment, administration and supervision of departments, infrastructure supervision, external services team (security, parking, camping, buses, toilets , food trucks…), suppliers, logistics, assembly, disassembly, inventory and storage, prevention of occupational risks, coordination with local authorities.

Position: Project Manager + Onsite Coordination

Management and contact with the client, management and contact with TV and authorities, logistical planning of the entire event (transport, unloading and assembly), coordination of suppliers, management and coordination of artists and staff, monitoring of construction of decorative elements, monitoring of management of costumes and makeup of artists, management and control of the budget, leading the entire project supervising the departments: technical, artistic and decoration.
